On the editor's mind

My favorite days usually start with this thought or something along the lines of "all my dreams can actually come true, all I have to do is believe." This simplistic and almost cliche way of thinking is in fact more complex than most people want to admit. So many variables need to be in perfect alignment in order to reach a desired result, in this case the attainment of a dream.
First, determining the dream is key. It must be clear, plain, blatant and unapologetic. Second, knowing that the success of the endeavor relies on the willingness to put in the necessary amount of effort is crucial. Last, believing that the culmination of that labor and dedication will result in the desired outcome will unleash power which cannot be contained.
Oprah once said: " You've got to follow your passion. You've got to figure out what it is you love - who you really are. And have the courage to do that, I believe that the only courage anybody ever needs is the courage to follow your own dreams."
So, what is your dream? Pursue and believe in it! It worked for Oprah!

Just a thought...

"For beautiful eyes, look for the good in other; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."
