Milan: Walk in the park!

Etro (below) and D&G (above) were both inspired by the outdoors for their runway design it seems. Kean Etro opted for dark hunter green grass to complement his chic tailoring and color pallette. While D&G opted for fresh bright grass keeping the atmosphere light, perfect for the tailored sporty look Domenico and Stephano presented.

Gilt is in the mail room!

My coworker ordered these shoes (2 pairs) on Gilt and we are in love with the details. Ted Baker has just landed on our radar. The precise stitching details bring a subtle sophistication to the shoes.

Our jaws dropped when we found out that the retail price for this pair was north of $200 but only cost $68 on gilt.com. Now that must make any workday worth it!

There is a city skyline on the insole and on the sole of the shoe. Love it. New York is at your feet with shoes like these. Pair number 2 was shipped separately and came in just a few days later.

Fresh out of the box.

Lavender stitching on the back of the shoe, genius. What a slick fit. He said they were comfortable too. Perfect for a night out on the town or for a date with a special someone. The flower detail is carved in the sole and repeated as a print on the inside of the shoe.
