FWAC event: Be The Change

Allow us to take a short break from the fashion frenzy we have been living in to let you know about a cause that is dear to our hearts and the organization that is bringing it to the forefront. Human sex trafficking has been around for centuries but what most people do not seem to realize is how prevalent this industry is in the United States. History Starts Now is a non-profit organization that raises awareness about the illegal trade right here in New York City. To do so they use creative mediums such as fashion and art. Their next event is taking place tomorrow. Check out the dets below!

"Be the Change" is coming to New York City this Thursday!

Who? History Starts Now in partnership with "Freedom Week 2010"

What? An Art Gala and Silent Auction in New York's trendy meat packing district

Where? Tela Design Studio (31 Little West 12th Street)

Love Kelie,

XO

NYFW highlights: Christian Siriano

Let's give it up for the ever-so-entertaining newbie!

NYFW highlights: Carolina Herrera

So many beauties to choose from. Carolina Herrera, woman of high taste level, does not disappoint once again. The asian inspired collection left us speechless!

Just a thought...

"For beautiful eyes, look for the good in other; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."

- Audrey Hepburn
